This is perhaps the most problematic part of all construction projects…as a general contractor, my profession demands that I follow certain procedures. To deviate from them always causes inefficiencies. That is why I want to respectfully request that when we work together, we follow the time tested procedures that material suppliers, subcontractors, city and county authorities, codes procedures, and general contractor (that’s me) have established as the most efficient and safe way to effect a good, quality result. (Boy that’s a mouthful.) I just want to let you know that on a job where you may have over 100 people working for sometimes 4 to 6 months, there will be snags, and they will be my problem not yours. You should never have to worry about them, and to that end, I absolutely promise to be on the job every day looking out for your best interest. The only thing that I expect is that I will be allowed to make you the most satisfying product I can.
